The Netherlands-based GNT Group has unveiled a brand identity for its clean-label Coloring Foods – 爱百瑞 (pronounced ‘Iberry’).
A series of natural colouring ingredients from GNT designed for segments including confectionery, are to go on show at Food Ingredients Asia-China (19-21 June 2019, Shanghai).

Netherlands-headquartered food applications group GNT has presented a group of aspiring young students with the company’s Young Scientist Award at the 32nd European Federation of Food Science and Technology (EFFoST) conference in Nantes, France.
The GNT group has identified a gap in the Middle Eastern food market for product ranges including confectionery and bakery items with natural ingredients, with 88% of launches last year in the region reportedly containing additive colourants.
