French distributor appointed
Taura Natural Ingredients has appointed Phoenix Ingredients, based in Bordeaux, France, as European distributor for its Gourmet Series fruit pieces for the artisanal confectionery and bakery sectors.
The two companies will co-operate in order to find new channels for Gourmet Series. Taura’s Gourmet Series consists of six varieties of fruit pieces in a format and pack-size that has been created for artisan producers in the confectionery and bakery industries.
Alexandre Nau, founder and director of Phoenix Ingredients said: “We’re delighted to team up with Taura Natural Ingredients to market Gourmet Series across Europe”.
Phoenix has taken over from Netherlands-based VIP4VIP as distributor for Gourmet Series.
