26 July 2011 – Most good almond pastes derive their flavour from a blend of almond and apricot kernels. Now Odense Almond Mac goes one step further – the flavour comes from nothing but almonds.

Almond Mac is a complete mix which can be ready for use in minutes. Little or no skill is required – simply add water – and everything is in the mix, including that vital element for traditional macaroons – egg white.

Almond Mac performs in exactly the same way as Unifine’s existing paste OdenMac. The preparation instructions are identical and the new product is available from your usual supplier.

Almond Mac comes to the market for the first time with Unifine’s latest free brochure, New Odense Almond Mac. Also free is a full colour A5 publication OdenMac Top Grade Macaroon Paste, which is brimming with ideas for making standard lines and old favourites.
