Steve’s departure has been a planned process which will help avoid any instability during the change.

Bon Bon’s is part of the family-owned Lanchester Group, led by CEO Tony Cleary, who said: “We recognised the change of leadership needed to be well thought through to ensure the continuation of the culture, values and business principles, which in our view, are the main driver of our success. We deliberately chose to recruit internally to ensure consistent progression in our business aims and objectives.

“Steve steered the business through an extremely tumultuous period and guided it exceptionally well. We are delighted he is staying with us.”
