Primed and under starter’s orders for the Indianapolis edition of Sweets & Snacks Expo

With editorial deadlines pressing, this week’s blog is very much focused on a direct message of looking ahead to the fast approaching Sweets & Snacks Expo, which is due to kick off with its supplier showcase on 13 May.
This will set the tone very neatly indeed for three action-packed days of the main event, which will draw together more than 800 exhibitors from across North America, as well as a number of international contributors, which will ensure a true melting pot of finished product excellence, as well as over 200 supply chain equipment, ingredients and systems technology firms that will ensure another memorable US occasion.

Expect plenty of new product innovations across chocolate, candies, as well equipment being launched within the region.
