Welcome to my first comment as editor of Confectionery Production magazine.

I am completely new to the confectionery industry so I would welcome any insight into topics that you as the reader want to know more about and hopefully I will be able to ensure that they get some coverage, either on the website, newsletter or within the magazine itself.

On Sunday I am visiting the infamous ISM fair for the first time, and with over 1500 suppliers and importers attending I am sure I won’t be disappointed. I am extremely looking forward to meeting some of you there, so please email me at [email protected] if you are attending the event and would like me to come and visit your stand as I am eager to learn about as many new innovative products that I can.
