Keychoc launches moulding machines

KeyChoc, the machinery division of Keylink, has launched its new range of “MM” series moulding machines.

The range includes the MM08, a compact and affordable table-top machine. Both the MM08 and the MM15 can be supplied with the optional Temper Assist’ feature, which cuts down the tempering time by up to 30%.

“Machines like this have been previously available in much larger sizes, but this is perfect for bakeries who wish to add chocolates to supplement their existing range,” says Ernst Bachmann from Bachmann’s Patisserie.

The larger moulding machines are suitable for established chocolatiers wanting to expand. The smaller table-top machines are ideal for chocolatiers wanting the convenience of working with different types of chocolate simultaneously or pastry chefs and bakers that would like to work with real chocolate but have not previously been able to find the right equipment.
