Bühler and GSR join forces
Bühler and GSR Cocoa Machinery have decided to combine their sales efforts to benefit their customers by offering them a complete product range from a single source.
The presses designed and manufactured by GSR will be incorporated in Bühler’s total line concept. Bühler’s proprietary process NARS (nibs-alkalising-roasting-sterilizing) is one of the world’s leading processing technologies for cocoa and the GSR presses complete the portfolio for this process. On the other hand, GSR is able to expand its international market presence through Bühler’s unique global sales network in 140 countries.
Furthermore, the two companies will be developing line concepts to maximise yield and quality of the end product in the cocoa value stream, combining their expertise and knowledge in their respective fields of cocoa processing.
