Packaging Innovations and Luxury Packaging London returns to the Business Design Centre on 30 September and 1 October 2014 and welcomes its strongest ever exhibitor line up.

Luxury exhibitor Leo Luxe will undoubtedly make your packaging light up, with its Eclipse and Imperial ranges using Haptic Magic technology, which enables sounds and lights to be incorporated when touched or opened.

Industry expert, SACO will be unveiling its new Jar Cap range. The collection is beautifully designed with an innovative ‘rolled edge’, providing seamless visual balance. Massilly UK will also be launching its tin canister range to the UK market, the perfect packaging solution for a magnum-sized bottle coupled with unique artworks.

Parkside Flexibles will be launching its Rockpockets, a revolutionary protective packaging concept that offers an extremely lightweight pack for the transport of breakable items in a compact format, by using a vacuum process.

Tesa will be displaying its Lift & Reseal reclosure tape, which provides an effective reseal solution for produce with a short shelf life. Returning exhibitor, Curtis Packaging will be showcasing its London themed ‘Packaging for the Senses’ with some enticing treats. Stribbons will exhibit its latest ranges of gift package decorations and accessories, which include bows, ties, twisted cords and bespoke gift boxes.

Sherwood Press will be showing part of its new ‘Smart Centre’. The equipment on show will include a large-format UV flatbed inkjet printer and Kongsberg XN digital CAD cutting device. The new flatbed printer allows the printing of four colour and white directly on to a wide range of rigid and flexible materials up to 50 mm thick.

International exhibitor Papeteries De Montsegur will be displaying its full range of silk paper, while Screaming Colour will be exhibiting its tactile printing and laser cutting samples, along with its range of creative packaging produced using more traditional methods.

Firstan will be showcasing its range of food packaging solutions from frozen food cartons and sleeves through to confectionery packaging and shelf ready packaging.

Plus the Luxury Packaging Conference, sponsored by Raison Pure NYC, will debut at the London show, boasting senior representatives from Karl Lagerfeld, Diageo, Harrods, Procter & Gamble (Prestige Brands) and Godiva Chocolatier. They will be exploring the vital role packaging has in positioning and promoting luxury and prestige brands.

Luxury Packaging and Packaging Innovations will feature a full learnShops seminar programme, spanning every aspect of packaging by world class industry experts, such as Marks and Spencer, Kimberly-Clarke, Tesco, Kingfisher Group and Taylors of Harrogate. In addition the show will also feature The Beauty Symposium, The Drinks Symposium, Lions’ Lair and show favourite, The BIG Packaging Debate, where panellists debate the controversial topic ‘Is Legislation stopping you innovate?’
