The 2024 edition of Choco Tec in Cologne Germany is fast approaching next month, with a host of significant issues for the chocolate, cocoa and wider confectionery sector set to be explored in detail.

Taking place between 10-12 December, the show is anticipated to attract hundreds of senior representatives from the international industry, and Confectionery Production will be on hand to play its part in reporting on the three-day major event.
