With this year’s Sweets & Snacks Expo set to take to the starters grid in Indianapolis in just a week’s time, Confectionery Production offers an exclusive video interview with the National Confectioners Association (NCA), which is behind the key US show.
More than 800 exhibitors from around the world are set to participate in the event, which begins with its supplier showcase on 13 May, with the main show running between 14-16 May, in its newly-relocated site at the Indiana Convention Centre.
