Dawn Foods introduces low sugar and fat baking mixes

In response to increasing demand for less sugar and fat in bakery products, Dawn Foods has added reduced sugar and fat alternatives to its range of dry mixes.

New to the range are Chocolate and Plain Crème Cake Mixes, which contain 30% less sugar and fat than their regular equivalents.

Ideal for muffins, sheet cakes and sandwich cakes, the new products have no artificial colours and only contain natural flavours. Cocoa in the chocolate variants is also UTZ certified.

The new reduced sugar and fat Crème Cake Mixes are available in 12.5kg bags.
