Luker Chocolate set to unveil protein and organic ranges at Expo West

Colombian premium brand Luker Chocolate has unveiled several key new capabilities that will debut at Expo West 2024 next month, including protein-enhanced confectionery options, writes Neill Barston.
As the business explained, it will use the event, taking place from March 12 through March 16, 2024 ((Hall E, Booth#5134), to showcase its dairy-free offerings, as well as organic options that align with its commitment to crafting at origin and using Fino de Aroma Cocoa.
“Luker has been built on human connection, sustainability, and innovation as evidenced by the new offerings we are debuting at Expo West. We are excited to be on the show floor to more deeply connect with fellow industry changemakers and product pioneers,” said Camilo Romero, CEO at Luker Chocolate. “We look forward to seeing 2024 unfold and remain committed to the goal of helping all stakeholders in cocoa production to work towards more profitable cocoa farms and more sustainable production methods.”
As the business noted, it has continued its innovation pipeline over the past several decades to stay ahead of the competition and stay in tune with what consumers want. In addition to their expanded private label capabilities, some of Luker’s newest offerings, with samples available in-booth, include:

It will also be offering its organic chocolate, sourcing cocoa from areas where it implements the company’s The Chocolate Dream sustainability plan, focusing on healthy cocoa growth without relying on daily chemical inputs. Luker’s organic dark chocolate is now available in 72%, 70%, 58%, and 54%.
The business added that it has aimed goes beyond conventional sustainability standards, aiming for a truly transformative impact. To consistently create sustainable products and maintain a transparent supply chain and mutually beneficial farmer relationships, in late 2023, it conducted a sustainability audit to find areas of progress within their sustainability efforts company-wide.
