Loacker gains ECRM award for its Napolitaner chocolate series
Loacker has claimed a first place accolade after being awarded Best Chocolate 2020 for its Napolitaner Specialty Chocolate Bar in the ECRM Buyer’s Choice Awards.
The organisation builds connections between buyers and suppliers through key programs that utilise digital and face-to-face platforms.
As Loacker noted, with very few in person meetings due to COVID-19, ECRM is a critical component for both retailers and manufactures.
ECRM’s Candy Planning: Everyday & Summer Seasonal Program was held virtually on August 31st – September 11th, 2020.
Loacker’s Napolitaner Specialty Chocolate Bar is a milk chocolate variety of bar with roasted Italian hazelnut pieces. Its core is made of fine hazelnut cream and light, crispy Loacker wafers. The decadent, well-balanced flavours ensures unique and unforgettable moments of pleasure.

Loacker is on a winning streak as the brand’s Tortina Triple Dark just won a Sofi award for best new product. In addition, according to Nielsen Loacker consumption is up 58.7% versus prior year.
