UK chocolatier Paul A Young releases cosmic Easter collection
UK artisan chocolatier, Paul A Young, has created a special intergalactic chocolate collection for Easter, challenging the design of traditional chocolate eggs by giving them a cosmic twist.
His seasonal special creation incorporates the magic of the universe, using metallic powders, hand painted planets and chocolate flying saucers, to craft a completely out of this world collection of chocolate gifts.
The hand-finished series creates a space like effect of star clusters and nebulae. Filled with a sun sphere egg yolk and six hidden chocolate flying saucers inside, the range is available in 38% Guittard Milk and 72% Guittard Dark chocolate, in Medium and Large sizes.
Alongside the Cosmic Collection, Paul, who regularly appears on TV as a confectionery consultant, has put an Easter twist on an incredibly popular product from his House Collection. Brand new for 2020, the Pavé Easter Eggs are available in three new flavours including Lemon and Poppy Seed White Chocolate, Popcorn and Caramelised Milk Chocolate and Single Origin Madagascan with Cornish Sea Salt. These crunchy chocolate eggs are filled with mini pave squares and little stars as a stylish gift for big and small kids this Easter.
In addition, Paul’s Spring truffle collection plays on those Easter flavours that we all associate with the timely changing of the seasons. Highlights include the Buttered Hot Cross Bun Truffle, Carrot Cake and the Spring Negroni. Other new chocolates in the collection reflect Paul A Young’s inventive creative style, including Cucumber, Dill and Cream Cheese, Red Pepper and Goat’s Cheese, Jasmine Blossom and Mango and Baklava and Greek Yoghurt.
