Confectionery and bakery firms return for 20th anniversary of Speciality and Fine Food Fair

Dozens of confectionery and bakery businesses will be taking their place at this year’s Speciality and Fine Food Fair at Olympia London, as the event celebrates its 20th anniversary.

Taking place between 1-3 September, manufacturers, retail buyers and hospitality professionals from the UK and overseas will have access to a wide range of new products, brand launches; participate in a diverse programme of talks and live demonstrations covering the industry’s most pressing topics and trends.

Confectionery businesses including Guittard, Joe and Sephs, Divine Chocolate, Walkers Shortbread, and Whitakers Chocolates have all been confirmed as among the broad array of exhibitors for the fair.

This year’s features include a discovery zone, in which visitors can explore the hottest new brands and products with over 200 innovative suppliers, all under three years old. The Savour the Flavour tasting area will allow those attending to expand their knowledge of the latest food trends at the live demonstration theatre hosted by industry-leading chefs and specialists.

There will also be new international pavilions offering the chance to discover global cuisine trends, as well as insights from business owners and leading experts with a packed seminar schedule, and ‘fresh discovery awards’ celebrating new businesses.
