Customers who opt for the platinum package can expects to receive bespoke customer service levels to meet their specific requirements or fixed response times and site visit frequency. “Quality maintenance ensures the smooth running of production lines, reduces the risk of costly shutdowns and lowers costs,” explains Spencer.
“We will fully train our customers’ staff in the operation of Yamato equipment. A planned maintenance sequence is factored into their plan and their machines will be calibrated every six months to ensure continued accuracy.”
The platinum plan also includes a regular health check and software updates, with regular reporting monitor accuracy. There are no hidden costs for call outs for service or repairs and customers have access to a global spares inventory.
The gold and silver packages offer 24-hour or 36-hour response times respectively and an annual service visit. Customers also have access to a free help desk.
All Yamato repair and servicing is carried out by the firm’s team of engineers. Yamato expects to complete repairs within seven to ten working days, all genuine parts used come with a 12-month guarantee and there is a six-month warranty on all repairs.
