Showcasing snack capabilities

New machine models and software enhancements, specifically designed for snack packing applications, will be unveiled by Ishida Europe at a series of Open House events, taking place at the company’s UK manufacturing headquarters in Woodgate, Birmingham, from 17– 27 November.

The equipment, including a number of complete lines, will be shown in Ishida Europe’s dedicated snacks demonstration area, where customers will be able to see the machines in operation, handling a variety of products including crisps, salt sticks and extruded snacks.

Among the highlights will be the latest product development from Ishida – a fully automated case packing solution, incorporating integrated seal tester and checkweigher. The twin delta-robot case packer includes an integrated case erector and full product cookbook functionality allowing seamless switching between case patterns and pack sizes.
