Netherlands-headquartered GNT will demonstrate how plant-based Exberry colors can deliver vibrant shades while supporting natural ingredient lists at Gulfood Manufacturing 2026, writes Neill Barston.

The event, taking place at Dubai’s World Trade Centre between November 3-5, will see more than 2,500 companies assembled from across sectors including confectionery, snacks and bakery machinery, systems, and ingredients businesses.

Confectionery Production is a media partner for this year’s event, which is once again being staged in tandem alongside ISM Middle East, which will see several hundred companies from across sweets and snacking markets display their latest ranges for 2026.

While geopolitical challenges with the war in Iran have continued, the organisers have insisted that this year’s show remains fully on course to be staged at the start of next month.

Moreover, for its part GNT Will be showcasing its Exberry colors, which are made from non-GMO fruits, vegetables, and plants. They are halal- and kosher-friendly and allow for natural ingredient declarations such as “black carrot juice concentrate” throughout much of the Middle East.

The Exberry range is available in more than 400 shades from across the whole rainbow and can be used to deliver vibrant, stable shades in almost any food and drink application.

At Gulfood, GNT (Stand B6-48, Hall 6) will present eye-catching concepts to highlight how Exberry can be used to elevate food and drink, with the business having been a regular exhibitor at the event.

Fleur van Sleeuwen, Marketing Specialist at GNT Middle East, said: “As indulgent treats and sweet moments continue to grow in importance, manufacturers are looking for ways to create products that feel permissible and appealing at the same time. Exberry enables brands to strike that balance, combining visual impact with ingredient transparency,” adding that visitors can speak to its specialists about the latest color trends and how Exberry can be used to meet different project requirements.
