Catch our World Confectionery Conference content while you can

Having gained a strong online audience from around the globe, our virtual World Confectionery Conference has helped shine a spotlight on some of the biggest issues facing our sector, from major trends amid the pandemic, through to the future sustainability of our collective industries.

Our debut show’s keynote presentations included contributions from CAOBISCO, the European trade association for chocolate, biscuits and confectionery, plus research groups Innova Market Insights, Euromonitor, as well as Fairtrade addressing cocoa sustainability.

Furthermore, our own Confectionery Production editorial board member Andy Baxendale spoke on the urgent need for training the next generation of confectionery manufacturers, along with a dozen other additional presentations including from our sponsors Cargill, and Netherlands-based equipment business Prefamac, that made for a notably engaging event.

It was also equally impressive to see so many companies engage with our exhibition element of the conference as well, so we shall look forward to seeing as many of you as possible for next year’s must-see showcase.
