Cocoa processing solutions firm acquired

The Royal Duyvis Wiener group has acquired JAF Inox, a cocoa processing solutions provider. The move allows the group to serve the gourmet ‘bean to bar’ chocolate maker, in addition to the laboratory size chocolate equipment user.

JAF Inox can supply complete turnkey chocolate production systems from bean to bar. The standard lines range in capacity from 2.5 to 200 kilos of chocolate per hour. The assortment of equipment ranges from bean cleaning, roasting, winnowing and grinding to 5 roll refining, conching, tempering, moulding and enrobing.

Royal Duyvis hopes that this new acquisition will be a step towards globalisation that will allow the company to better support its South American customers.
