The start of January has seen a major set of innovations from the Oreo brand, with no less than six new flavour launches across its portfolio targeting both the snacking, and iced-dessert market, writes Neill Barston.
Among its latest releases and the first to have hit shelves are its Game Day cookies, featuring five new football-themed embossments, which is being made available in a limited edition format.
From this month, the brand also releases its Oreo Loaded variety cookies, offering the signature chocolate cookie with original Mega Stuf level creme and are loaded with bits of real Oreo cookie pieces.

The brand is also unveiling its Irish Cream Thins cookies – our original thin cookies filled with Irish Creme flavoured creme, devised as a rich and smooth treat with notes of chocolate and vanilla will be a permanent addition to the portfolio.
In addition, the range now also includes Oreo minis peanut butter, created as an on-the-go treat, these bite-sized chocolate cookies are filled with smooth peanut butter creme great for sharing and traveling with. This new permanent addition is available starting this week.
Finally, this month also sees a release of its frozen bites and mini bites – in the form of frozen dairy varieties, with its bites created with a creme-flavour base, dipped in Oreo coating that are great for sharing, being made available across the US.
