Thew Arnott launches palm-free emulsifier range

Specialist ingredients supplier Thew Arnott has introduced a range of palm-free emulsifiers for use in food products, including confectionery.

Developed by Spanish partner Lasenor, the palm-free emulsifiers can be used in the manufacture of a variety of food products such as confectionery, bakery, yellow fats, gum base and snacks.

Thew Arnott says the launch is a step towards helping the food industry to achieve its target for sustainably sourced ingredients without compromising on performance or functionality.
