Young people in particular are increasingly turning towards a vegan diet, which can have huge limitations especially within the confectionery sector – vegan chocolates, fruit gums and others are still niche products.

Bell has introduced vegan flavours for vegan confectionery products such as fruit gums, which include sweet and fruity flavours like raspberry and passionfruit, bitter orange, slightly aromatic combinations such as lime and ginger, and trendy highlights such as apple and cucumber.
