This week’s blog is a short but sweet thanks to all those who came to make a success of the World Confectionery Conference.

The event proved a notable success across its broad base of topics ranging from finishes product focuses, equipment, systems, ingredients, and supply chains including the cocoa sector.

We received some fantastic feedback from everyone on the day, so thank you for all those who made the journey from across the UK, Europe and further afield including Colombia, Canada, and the US to make the event last Thursday another strong edition.

If you have any feedback or further thoughts on the event, please do drop me a line, as it is always useful to have any reflections regarding the day, which we believe offered a genuine spotlight for key issues for the industry, from EUDR deforestation regulations, the advent of AI, through to supporting cocoa communities in West Africa.

One of the things that especially stood out for me personally in our fifth live edition, was the sheer level of enthusiasm from everyone involved in our 2026 event, which was especially inspiring. Thanks again to one and all involved.
