Greet Vivartia reorganises

Greek food company Vivartia has reorganised into four subsidiaries through the separation of divisions.

The secession will take place through the respective transfer of the activities of the Bakery and Confectionery Division (formerly Chipita International), the Dairy and Drinks Division (formerly Delta Dairy), the Food Services and Entertainment Division (formerly Goody’s) and the Frozen Foods Division (formerly Barba Stathis) into four separate subsidiary companies respectively.

The reorganisation will enhance the management of activities by division due to increased volume of operations and significant international expansion while it provides each new company with greater flexibility in formulating its strategy and pursuing strategic initiatives and co-operations.
