Easier artisan ice cream production

Leading Italian ice cream equipment manufacturer Carpigiani has launched its Quartetto machine ” a compact, vertical batch freezer, specifically designed with traditional artisan ice cream and sorbet production in mind.

Quartetto makes fresh artisan ice cream and sorbet and can store up to four batches of dessert and keep it at the correct temperature for serving while having a small footprint.
Supplied with four stainless steel tubs, the Quartetto stores the prepared desserts in its chilled compartment which operates at temperatures from between -8°C and -15°C. With a net weight of 115kg, the Quartetto is 54cm wide, 57cm deep and 115cm high. Mounted on castors, the machine is easy to move around the kitchen, meaning it is on-hand wherever most convenient.
