Hotel Chocolat marks Valentine’s with diverse confectionery series

UK-based premium chocolate brand Hotel Chocolat has entered into the spirit of the season for this year’s Valentine’s Day, with a broad series of products to celebrate the occasion, writes Neill Barston.
The company has brought back some key favourites to mark the big day, includingThe Nice Slice, a luxury version of a fridge cake, decorated with solid caramel-milk chocolate love hearts, as well as its barista-grade drinking chocolate system, The Velvetiser.
In addition, its Love H box features fourteen premium chocolates with a range of flavours from Salted Caramel, Strawberry Mousse and Vanilla, as well as its ‘Love Potiions’ minidome chocolates that it hopes ‘will cast a spell’ with their refined tastes.
Significantly, the business is also offering some edible art to celebrate the season, including a dozen Love Birds, crafted in white chocolate, alongside a Dozen dapper dogs that offer something out of the ordinary to mark the occasion.
As the company noted, there are plenty of reasons to mark the romantic day, not just with a loved one, but friends too, noting there’s a place for your ‘bestie basket’ of treats too, with its Love Sleekster collection of heart-shaped chocolates.
This year’s flavours include Strawberry Mousse and its classic Salted Caramel, presented in a chic baby pink gift box, which is just one of its options for celebrating Valentine’s today.
Furthermore, as the company noted, it has devised its other key offering, ‘a cacao collection straight from the heart’ that includes the company’s cherished heart-shaped Selectors, as well other delightful nibbles, such as our delectable Praline Oysters and blissful Banana Smoothie bites. Elegantly presented in a pink heart-shaped box, it’s the sweetest way to say ‘you’re my favourite person’.
