IOI Loders Croklaan opens creative studio

21 June – Fats and oils supplier IOI-Loders Croklaan has opened its first Creative Studio at the company’s headquarters in Wormerveer, Holland.

Marc den Hartog, sales and marketing director, says, “The studio is intended to be a place where clients can switch off from the day-to-day demands of their business and simply focus on creativity. They can dream up new products, learn recipes directly from world-class chocolatiers, and work with our specialists to transform their ideas into a commercially viable reality. And to help them achieve this, we’ve recently extended our technical application team by bringing in a number of chocolate confectionery experts.”

The studio is particularly suitable for working with chocolate confectionery, notes Hartog, but it is available to all customers who have a specific oil- or fat-related project in mind. “Whether the aim of the workshop is to produce a chocolate with a balanced nutritional profile for the health-conscious customer, or whip up the ultimate decadent treat for more indulgent moments, we can provide the support to help create chocolates that are perfect for their intended target groups.”
