Ukrainian confectionery Konti sees sales growth
Ukrainian confectionery products maker Konti has announced that it increased its sales by 30% in 2009 to 3.3 billion Ukrainian Hrivna.
In 2009, the company produced 220,000 tons of confectionery products and started producing 25 types of new confectionery under the trademarks Postnye Sladosti (Fast Sweets), LovelyKonti, Ulybnis and Milkolad.
Established in 1997, Konti, formerly known as Kiev-Konti, has three factories in Ukraine and one in Russia. The group’s main trademarks are Bonjour, Super Kontik, Belissimo, Melodika, Mamulin Tort, BisKonti, Dzhek, KontiTofita, Zolota Lilia, and AMOUR (Dolci and Carre chocolate, Esfero candies).
