Devilishly fine Halloween chocolate range from Paul A Young
Chocolatier Paul A Young aims to ensure a ‘spooktacular’ Halloween this year with a raft of ghoulishly delightful confectionery creations.
As Confectionery Production found on interviewing the UK-based artisan recently, he says it’s greatly inspiring to come up with a host of new products throughout the year that challenge and intrigue his customers.
This year’s Halloween offerings will include Three Spooky White Chocolate Skulls, made from Guittard 35% white chocolate, at £6.95, Guittard 35% white chocolate Pumpkin Lollipops with dark chocolate Pearls, £3.95, plus hair-raising Guittard 72% dark chocolate Haunted Houses, £19.95.
The range also includes –
– frightening milk, white or dark Amazonian Chocolate Frogs, £3.95
– ghoulish Ghost Lollies, made from solid Guittard 35% white chocolate, £3.95
– maleficent milk, dark and white Chocolate Mice, £2.75
– orange splattered Halloween Caramels, £10.50
Paul is also bringing back his terrifyingly good Pumpkin Pie Truffle for Autumn.
