Prosweets preparation
2 December 2011 – I am just back from a manic Food Ingredients Europe show, and although it is predominantly a food show, there was definitely much to see of relevance to the confectionery and bakery sectors.
I have only just returned to the office today, but there is no time to stop and catch my breath, I am already beginning to plan my February issue of the magazine include a huge preview of the much awaited Prosweets & ISM. If you are interested in being included in the preview, please send across some information detailing what you will be exhibiting on your stand, as well as your stand number. Images are awlays good too if you have them! The deadline for editorial submissions is 24 December.
