An innovative artisan confectionery business, Wild West Chocolate, has released its latest line, Goldstruck, taking its inspiration from Gold Rush pioneers venturing to seek out fresh discoveries, reports Neill Barston.

The US-based business has gained an exclusive national distribution deal with Sprouts Farmers Markets, with the distinctive bars moulded into seven bite-sized sections shaped like classic ingots.

Notably, the vegan and Fairtrade certified bar is sweetened only with fruit chocolate, which reportedly hides a rich, velvety vein of creamy, Real nut butter for a distinctive taste that aims to stand out from a crowded craft industry field.

As the business noted, its packaging features evocative, pastoral scenes that pay tribute to our nation’s pioneering history, honoring a spirit of exploration with a design that looks right at home on the shelf of an old West general store.

True to the brand’s commitment to clean ingredients, Goldstruck contains absolutely zero added sugar and no sugar substitutes.

“Goldstruck is a celebration of the pioneer spirit and the thrill of finding something truly extraordinary,” said BJ Howard, CEO & Co-founder at Wild West Chocolate. “We’ve prospected the finest organic ingredients to create a clean, functional treat that honors history while delivering a modern, decadent flavor experience. Partnering with Sprouts allows us to bring this exceptional product line to wellness-minded chocolate lovers across the country.”

The company confirmed that the series is being retailed at  $6.99 and launches in four distinct flavor profiles, including Peanut Butter –enrobed in rich 70% Cacao Dark Chocolate,  Hazelnut Butter – enrobed in rich 70% Cacao Dark Chocolate,  Almond Butter – enrobed in smooth 50% Cacao Oatmilk Chocolate, and Cashew Butter – enrobed in smooth 50% Cacao Oatmilk Chocolate.
