See you in Amsterdam…

The World Cocoa Conference is now underway at the Rai Exhibition Centre in Amsterdam. Attendees will include ministers from the Netherlands, Ghana and Ecuador, top executives from the world cocoa and chocolate industry corporations, senior government officials from cocoa producing and consuming countries, cocoa farmers and their representatives from a wide range of origins, and a large number of NGOs and research and educational bodies. The aim of the conference is to assess the progress of governments and industry in addressing the issues identified at the first Conference in Abidjan, Ivory Coast in 2012. I will be covering the event, which runs until 13 June, from tomorrow. Look out for me and for the June issue of CP, which will be distributed at the event!
See you there…
