With the 2024 World Confectionery Conference celebrating our 90th anniversary as a publication fast approaching, we offer a behind the scenes preview interview with James Ede, a sustainability lead at Cargill, who is among our major event keynotes, writes Neill Barston.

He will be addressing the must-attend showcase in Brussels, Belgium on 12 September, engaging on some of its key supply chain actions within cocoa and other agricultural segments, addressing some of the biggest challenges facing the sector. (Watch our video below).
