tna set to highlight total equipment solutions at Gulfood

Packaging and processing group tna, is showcasing its abilities for delivering total solutions, as it marks its 40th anniversary at Gulfood Manufacturing, writes Neill Barston.

The business noted it has gained a broad range of expertise with product ranges included gummies, crisps, pellets and French Fries, across the three day show at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

Taking place between 8-10 November, the show is set to attract a total of 1,600 exhibitors from dozens of locations around the world.

As the globally-focused company explained, it has planned an immersive, interactive experience in a multi-sensory environment will enable visitors to its stand (B2-18) to explore its broad capabilities, proven to boost throughput capacity and speed at scale without increasing waste or compromising on quality and accuracy.

On site, visitors can also experience a live demo of the latest iteration of tna’s flagship vertical form fill and seal (VFFS) packaging system, the tna robag® 3e, complemented by the tna auto-splice 3. This ‘Perfect Pair’ deliver a new CXE integrated display controller and automatic film splicing, which combined can increase production uptime by up to 5%.

Further advanced systems will also be on display from tna’s portfolio, including the tna roflo HM 3 – a high-performance food conveyor system that handles products gently, yet efficiently, using a slow, forward horizontal motion – feeding into the tna intelli-flav OMS 5.1 – a next-generation on-machine seasoning (OMS) system that provides both powder flavouring and liquid oil in a single drum. tna’s remote assist service, which leverages Augmented Reality (AR) to offer enhanced digital support, will also be showcased on stand, underlining capabilities to deliver greater efficiencies in commissioning, support, and training, with real-time access to tna’s global team of experts.
