The 2022 edition of our World Confectionery Conference concluded successfully this month in Brussels, Belgium, attracting visitors and speakers from around the globe, in what proved an extremely memorable event.

Another key element of the event was the debut World Confectionery Awards, which gained a diverse range of entries across five categories – as part of our review we speak to Adrian Ling, MD of Plamil Foods, which gained the Team of the Year accolade, as well as comment from Fairtrade International and Luker Chocolate who offered presentations on the day.
