GNT confirms presence at this year’s ProSweets sector event
GNT will demonstrate how confectionery brands can boost their product appeal using plant-based Exberry Colouring Foods at ProSweets, Cologne 2022 (30 January-1 February).
Exberry colours are made from edible fruits, vegetables and plants using physical processing methods such as chopping, filtering and boiling. As a result, they are considered to be food ingredients rather than additives throughout the EU, making them ideal for clean and clear label declarations. In addition, they are 100% vegan-friendly and the non-GMO raw materials are grown using natural, sustainable methods by farmers working as part of GNT’s vertically integrated supply chain.
GNT will provide examples of finished products at ProSweets 2022 (Hall 5.2, Stand A-028-B-029), to show how Exberry Coloring Foods can be used to achieve vibrant shades in almost any confectionery application. The company’s experts will also be on hand throughout the event to discuss how Coloring Foods can be used to meet visitors’ specific project requirements.
