Training on starch sweeteners

Tereos Syral has introduced the Glucose Academy; a training programme for users of starch sweeteners that is designed to help them reinforce their knowledge and technological expertise.

The 2015 calendar offers a face-to-face session on 10 September in Marckolsheim, France, as well as webinar sessions throughout the year. Tereos Syral’s team of application experts, technical support and product managers have created a series of training modules that will enable participants to gain a solid understanding of the characteristics and properties of glucose syrups and their benefits for product development and optimisation – three modules are dedicated to the confectionery sector
This training programme is mainly aimed at NPD managers, food technologists and product developers.

However, module 1 of Glucose Academy is especially designed for anyone wishing to know the basics in a crystal clear, non-technical and jargon-free language.
