Road trip!

21 March 2011 – I arrived home from Bali yesterday at 5.30 am and despite my jet lag I managed to drag myself out of bed and come into the office!

However, I will only be back in the office for a couple of days before myself and Jon Pittock visit Belgium for three days next week, where we will be lucky enough to be shown around the facilities of Barry Callebaut, Dumoulin and Roquette.

I am extremely looking forward to seeing confectionery production in action as well as getting the opportunity to interview key industry players. I will be reporting on these visits in the next newsletter as well as in the April and May issues.
