Technical expertise

If you are reading this in your office as soon as it arrives, you have just missed out on an excellent event. I’m writing this comment on the way back from the ZDS chocolate technology symposium in Cologne. 400 of the most experienced members of the confectionery industry gathered to hear interesting aspects of chocolate technology that impacts all involved in confectionery production.
If you are opening this on your return from the symposium, it was fantastic to see you. I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did and if we didn’t get to speak and you have interesting material for the magazine or comments on the symposium, please get in touch.
I would like to thank the ZDS for inviting me as well as speakers, exhibitors and attendants for highly interesting and illuminating presentations and conversations. It was an enlightening experience.
