US premium confectionery brand Ethel M Chocolates creates Christmas cheer

Premium US confectionery brand Ethel M Chocolates, part of the Mars group, has moved to reveal its Holiday Collection celebrating a host of sweet treats for the festive season, writes Neill Barston.
From luxury choc libraries, through to bark, calendars and dark chocolate special editions, its offerings have gone all-out to impress this year as the Big day arrives.
Among its key offerings are a limited edition Holiday Advent Calendar, featuring 24 featuring beloved classics such as Dark Chocolate Prickly Pear and Milk Chocolate Sea Salt Caramel, alongside exciting new flavors such as Milk Chocolate Bananas Foster and Dark Chocolate Passion Fruit Caramel Truffle. A perfect treat to count down the days of December.
Furthermore, the company is offering a new Peanut Butter Collection, offering for the first time ever, dark chocolate peanut butter gems along with classic milk chocolate peanut butter gems, produced in Kosher format.
Another highlight of the series comes in the form of its limited edition Holiday Snowflake Collectible Tin – This 16 or 32-piece collection of some of Ethel M Chocolates’ most famous and seasonal small-batch chocolate gems is specially curated and housed in a new stunning collectible tin embossed with delicate, metallic snowflakes.
In addition, the business has also made Snowflake Creamy Caramels available, designed as stocking fillers or to adorn your table place settings. These popular chocolate gems feature smooth creamy caramel coated in milk and dark chocolate.
Meanwhile, the company’s Luxe Library includes Gingerbread Cookie Butter Caramel, Peppermint Bark Ganache, Dark Chocolate Brownie Batter and Milk Chocolate Pecan Caramel Rapture filled tablet bars. Each item is crafted with the finest ingredients, featuring rich centres and artisanal toppings.
The series is topped-off with a gourmet hot chocolate, delivering a rich treat for a cozy night by the fireplace, presented in new sapphire blue packaging, which is anticipated to be another hit alongside the company’s Centrepiece Collection, which is a 65-piece selection of premium chocolates housed within two specially created drawers.
