Cocoa and chocolate research centre

Cemoi has inaugurated it’s new cocoa and chocolate research centre. Some public figures attended the event, including the Ivory Coast Minister of Agriculture, Mamadou Sangafowa Coulibaly. The new laboratory is dedicated entirely to the research of cocoa products, such as beans, masses, cake and butter. The move came as part of the group’s innovation process in a bid to better meet the needs of its customers.
