22 March 2012 –  Multivac is equipping its automatic traysealer models, the T 700, T 800 and T 850, with dies which have greater lengths and widths. This improves the performance of the traysealers in relation to the number of packs per cycle.

Additionally, the range has been expanded to include cheaper models with smaller dies.

All models can be equipped with smart sealing technology for simple sealing applications without modified atmosphere.

This technology has been available since 2011 and has significantly improved the cycle output of automatic traysealers for producing packs without modified atmosphere. Thanks to optimised machine sequences and new die technology, it has been possible to significantly improve the process speed and the output per cycle. The costs of running the machine is considerably reduced.
