22 December 2011 – Chr Hansen will be exhibiting an extension of the FruitMax range of colouring foodstuffs. Suitable for all key applications in the confectionery industry, the FruitMax palette covers a wide variety of vivid shades of high quality and stability: from bright yellow and orange, over vivid red and violet, to natural brown.

“The new colour shades based on premium raw materials complete the existing range of colouring foodstuffs,” says Rainer Krüger, market development manager of Chr Hansen’s Natural Colour Division. “Apart from adding new tones to the palette, the new shades perform better regarding light and heat stability. The innovations in these areas result in increased ‘naturalness’ of the products due to carefully selected fruits, vegetables. Products in powder form and increased brightness of the different shades make these products now suitable for all applications.
