British shortbread brand Walker’s has moved to deliver its latest Christmas series, featuring all-new butter pastry mince pies, gingerbread varieties, and special mini festive shapes, reports Neill Barston.

The business, which has more than 125 years of heritage in the UK, has traditionally scored notable success during the winter season, with its portfolio performing strongly in the winter months particularly.

As the company noted, with  all-butter shortbread at the heart of every product, the brands promises memorable moments for the whole family filled with holiday cheer and a delicious twist on tradition.

Walker’s Shortbread mince pie features a luxury crumbly, all-butter pastry and a rich filling of vine fruits, tangy spices and candied peel. They are available in original, mini, or gingerbread format, (from RRP £4.50).

Dating back to the 12th century as a tradition, shortbread has long been considered as a symbol of celebration – and Walker’s Festive Shortbread Shapes deliver on this tradition with a holiday-inspired twist.

Crafted in fun, festive shapes including Christmas trees, bells, stars and Santa, the Festive Shortbread Shapes bring a joyful festive spirit to any gathering or gifting occasion.

As the company noted, Christmas dining celebrations can be given a notable playful touch with its mini festive shapes, designed for sharing as an alternative to bowls of crisps, sweets, or chocolates.
