A buzz in the air in Paris

Did you visit this years’ Europain exhibition in Paris, which runs until tomorrow (Wednesday 12 March)? Having attended on Sunday and Monday, it was clear that Sunday was a quiet day in terms of visitors. However, on Monday there was a significant increase in footfall and a real buzz in the air. There were certainly a good selection of exhibitors that would be of interest to the confectionery, bakery and snack industries.
