Dedy at ProSweets: Stand B043

23 January 2012 – Dedy will show an enrobing line complete with a glassy cooling tunnel, which makes it possible for the customer to view the complete manufacturing process from the placing of the products on the belt, the enrobing with chocolate and drying in the glass cooling tunnel, through to their removal and packaging.

Also on display will be praline cutters, single cutters, double cutters, serial cutters, batch tempering units, truffle filling devices, chocolate shaving machines our new Dedy mini moulding machine and small tools for all kind of jobs in the chocolate business.
