Baking machines for sweet wafers

28 March 2011 – The recently launched Jupiter IC series of Walterwerk Kiel is the new generation of baking machines for sweet wafers and savoury snacks.

A new concept of energy efficiency provides a reduction of energy consumption and an optimized heat flow at the same time. The applied technologies are focused on a hygienic design meeting the highest requirements of a hygienic production flow. Furthermore the cleaning times are reduced at a minimum.

Smart features increase the already high safety standards furthermore still allowing access to all relevant areas.
