Max Brenner opens chocolate bar in Las Vegas

12 August 2010 – The Israeli Strauss Group’s Max Brenner chocolate cafe chain has opened its new Chocolate Bar in Las Vegas, US.

It features a two-story restaurant and chocolate shop spanning around 1,000m2 with seating capacity of 280 a chocolate and gift shop, two rooms for private events, a take-out bar set up at the patio of the restaurant.

Strauss North America CEO Giora Bar Dea says that that the new café is strategically located for the company to introduce its brand on the West Coast of the US and increase its presence internationally. Currently, Max Brenner operates two cafes in the US, 19 in Australia, two in the Philippines, two in Singapore and six in Israel.
